Course description

The Bachelor of Youth and Community Leadership responds to the rising necessity for forward-thinking leaders who can effectively tackle the national and global issues confronting youth and other communities. This degree program equips students with essential professional leadership and entrepreneurial skills, focusing on areas such as youth work, sustainability, human rights, equality, social entrepreneurship, and humanitarian endeavors. Building on UC’s distinguished global reputation in youth-driven social action, the BYCL offers students valuable leadership and project experience through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application.
