Course description

This program constitutes an essential component of the training prerequisites established by Maritime New Zealand (MNZ) for students seeking to obtain the internationally recognized Standards of Training and Certification of Watchkeepers (STCW) Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch Class 3 certificate of competency, as well as the domestic Class 4 certificate of competency.
