Communication designers engage in various fields, including branding, environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, editorial design (such as newspapers, magazines, and books), catalogues, museum displays, and all facets of our visual environment where communication is essential. Additionally, you will encounter communication designers in digital platforms, and the Communication Design major provides opportunities to acquire skills in web design and motion graphic design.
