Acquire the tools and techniques to optimise operations and production efficiency.

Course description

In this programme, you will explore methods for managing operations and supply chains, focusing on production logistics from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives. You’ll develop core skills in project management, operations management, product development, and resource integration to tackle contemporary operational challenges. Electives in finance, leadership, and health, safety, and wellbeing further enhance your ability to lead production and operations across diverse sectors.

You will apply your learning to a practical industry project with a local business or organisation, addressing real-world challenges and strengthening your expertise in operations and production management.

By completing an additional course (Advanced Project Management) and selecting Introduction to Finance as your elective, you may graduate with two qualifications: the Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management and the Graduate Diploma in Project Management, provided your industry project covers both areas.
