Alternative Qualifications Candidates who cannot provide evidence of meeting the academic entry requirements, but can demonstrate relevant skills for postgraduate tertiary study acquired through education, work, and/or life experiences, may be granted alternative entry by the Curriculum Manager (or their representative).

For applicants whose first language is not English, it is necessary to submit a result from a test or qualification recognized as an acceptable alternative by NZQA.

Acceptable IELTS score is 6.5 in the Academic module (with no band lower than 6.0).
