Specifically, in Auckland, rapid population growth necessitates the construction of approximately 300,000 new homes, amounting to significant financial investment. Additionally, infrastructure projects such as rail links, a second harbour crossing, and expansions in public transport and commercial facilities further underscore the sector’s expansion.
