This program is based on a social interactional model of disability that delves into issues of identity, ableism, and rights by addressing important aspects of inclusion in research, policy, and practice.

Course description

The Master of Disability and Inclusion Studies at Waikato is designed for individuals who are committed to creating a more inclusive society for people with disabilities. This program also allows to undertake a research component and you may be eligible for consideration for the award of honours, if the degree is completely in two-years of full-time study.
