It will also prepare you for a career in research. The Master of Management Studies (MMS) is tailored to provide you with advanced knowledge in your chosen field and equip you for leadership positions that demand strong critical thinking and information analysis skills. The degree typically consists of a combination of taught courses and a research dissertation, although it is also possible to complete a full research thesis. All courses are focused on the subject area of your undergraduate degree or postgraduate diploma, with a choice of 12 subjects available.

For MMS 180 points, completion of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area is required.
Alternatively, for MMS 120 points, an honours degree or a postgraduate diploma (120 points) in a relevant subject area, along with at least a B grade average across the 300 level papers in that subject, and satisfaction of the prerequisites for graduate study in the intended subject are necessary.
Admission to the program does not automatically imply admission to specific papers, so completion of prerequisite papers may be necessary.
If the entry requirements are not met, consideration for admission may still be possible based on academic merit and relevant experience after completing any qualifying papers prescribed by the Academic Board.
You must also meet the English Language requirements recognised by the University.
-an IELTS overall score of at least 6.5, with no band below 6.0, or
-an iBT (Internet-based TOEFL) score of at least 90, with a Writing score of at least 21, or
-a B grade or better at Level 8 in the Certificate of Attainment in Academic English, or
-an overall score of C (with at least a C in the Writing band) in the Foundation Certificate in English for Academic Purposes, or
-a PTE Academic overall score of at least 56, with no less than 46 for each communicative skill.
