The curriculum provides an opportunity for individuals to enhance their impact in plant or vertebrate pest management. Participants will receive advanced, comprehensive training in predator eradication and biosecurity. Upon successful completion, graduates will possess a specialized skill set and a network of potential employers (developed during the research placement program) from their time in the program.

The Master of Pest Management program at Lincoln University will prepare you for various career paths, including opportunities in the primary production sector, government agencies involved in pest control and border safety, or as an agricultural consultant providing guidance on pest management and plant protection.
A relevant New Zealand level 7 bachelor’s degree or recognised equivalent with a B average or better in the 300 level and final year (full-time equivalent) courses.
If English isn’t your first language, other entry requirements will apply. English Language tests recognised by the University:

-IELTS (Academic)- 6.5 overall, with no individual component less than 6.0
