This program aims to cultivate collaborative advanced Healthcare Assistants who actively participate in their teams and the broader work environment. Participants will grow into leaders in their respective fields, guiding themselves and their colleagues in delivering advanced, person-centered care, fostering positive organizational change, and enhancing the quality of care for clients with complex needs.

Prior to acceptance into the program, applicants are required to: Disclose any physical or learning disabilities, or specific needs that could affect their academic performance.
It is important to note that: Applicants must be at least 16 years old before commencing the program.
Additionally, those for whom English is a second language must submit evidence of their proficiency in the English language.
