These professionals will be capable of independently managing small to medium-sized building projects of limited complexity from inception to completion.

Graduates of this program will be proficient in Utilizing extensive industry knowledge to assess design principles applicable to small, medium, and large building projects within a design, construction, or related context. Conducting feasibility studies for various building sizes. Identifying client needs, formulating and conveying design concepts, and preparing necessary documentation for project approval in alignment with client specifications. Analyzing material performance and selecting appropriate finishes for the construction process. Creating, organizing, and presenting architectural working drawings for small and medium buildings, employing both manual and digital technologies while adhering to relevant statutory and regulatory standards. Comprehending the roles, documentation, and administrative obligations within the construction industry, applying this understanding to support senior personnel throughout the tendering process.
