Course description
This qualification aims to equip the tourism and travel sectors with professionals capable of effectively implementing processes within the industry. Graduates will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to proactively enhance the visitor experience, thereby bolstering the tourism sector’s contribution to New Zealand’s economy. The qualification will also serve the community by enriching the experiences of visitors to New Zealand.
