Course description

The Postgraduate Diploma in Science is designed for those who possess a background in science, allowing them to delve into more advanced and thorough studies in specific subjects. There are more than 20 subjects available, with some being exclusively offered at the postgraduate level, facilitating specialization and various career paths for graduates.

While the Diploma mainly focuses on coursework, a selection of courses provides opportunities for independent project work or research endeavors.

Entry requirements

Candidates require a  Bachelor of Science, or any bachelor’s degree with approved undergraduate science courses.  Prerequisites vary for each major subject, but are normally at least a B- Grade Point Average in 300-level courses.

If English is your additional language, you are also required to meet UC’s English language requirements. University recognises the following English Language tests and courses:
