Graduates can pursue careers in teaching and management roles across various educational settings, including early childhood centers, kura, primary schools, intermediate schools, middle schools, Māori medium institutions, and area schools.
To enroll at the University of Canterbury, it is necessary to have University Entrance or an equivalent qualification.
