This qualification enables you to create a personalised programme of study, combining intermediate to advanced learning across key business and management areas, including Leadership Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing Operations, Organisational Change and Transformation,Project Management. Your programme is co-designed to build on your prior learning while focusing on areas you wish to develop further. The knowledge and skills you gain will be applied to a practical industry project with a local business or organisation, where you will tackle a real-world business challenge or explore new opportunities for growth.
Upon completing this qualification, graduates will possess the knowledge and skills to lead organisations and industries effectively at both organisational and strategic levels.
Academic requirements:
-A Bachelor’s degree in any field excluding applied management
English Language requirements:

| OET (Occupational English Test) | Minimum of Grade C or 200 in all sub-tests |
| NZCEL (New Zealand Certificate in English Language) | Level 4 (Academic) |
| PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) | Score of 50, with no band lower than 42 |
| LanguageCert International ESOL | C1 Expert (overall PASS) with no less than 25/50 in each skill, or Academic test with a minimum score of 65 overall and no skill below 60 |
| Trinity College London ISE | ISE II with no less than distinction or 96 in any band |
