In this Graduate Diploma, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of human resource management practices and their impact on organisational effectiveness. You’ll learn to apply HR principles, tools, and concepts in the workplace to support both staff and organisational objectives.
Your studies will cover employment relations, organisational behaviour, human resource management, contemporary HR issues, and health, safety, and wellbeing leadership. You will also apply your learning to a practical industry project with a local business or organisation, addressing real business challenges or exploring new opportunities, while further strengthening your HR management expertise.
Upon completing this qualification, graduates will be prepared for advisory roles within an HR team in medium to large organisations, or as a generalist HR officer in smaller organisations. With experience and ongoing professional development, you can progress to senior HR positions or specialise in recruitment.
