Course description

You have the option to specialize in either early childhood education or primary teaching. This is an intensive one-year program that extends beyond the typical academic year, with courses amounting to 150 points, in contrast to the usual 120 points required for most postgraduate programs. Upon finishing the Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning, you can seek provisional registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand. If you are a domestic student, you might qualify for a TeachNZ scholarship to assist with your studies.
