Course description

You have the option to focus on coach and athlete development, health and physical education, outdoor learning, physical activity and nutrition, sport data analytics, sport leadership and management, or strength and conditioning. Alternatively, you can pursue this master’s degree through a flexible pathway by selecting from the complete range of courses offered within the specializations. At the core of the program is the dissertation or thesis, allowing you to explore a subject of your choice with the support of AUT’s internationally recognized sport and recreation faculty.

Must have completed one of the following with a B grade average or higher:

Bachelor of Sport and Recreation, or equivalent; or
Graduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise, or equivalent

You must also meet University’s English Language requirements. AUT recognises IELTS (Academic) of 6.5 overall with all bands 6.0 or higher;or equivalent
